Disappointing

I bought this for my mother as she is housebound and cannot tend for fresh flowers and heavy water filled vases but loves her flowers. The pictures on the website were of a fairly sizeable bunch of flowers but what we received was about half the size. It was very underwhelming and I felt quite guilty gifting it to her as it didnā€™t seem very special.
