Delphi bud vase

I ordered from Dried as I wanted something that would last to send to my mum to show I was thinking of her when her cat was very unwell. Another review had said how fast delivery had been so I thought this would be perfect. However the time between order and dispatch was so long that her cat had died and been cremated by the time it was dispatched, then royal mail said it would be delivered on one day and then it apparently just didn't move anywhere on that day and didn't arrive till the day after. Given that they are dried flowers, I would have thought there could be some pre-existing arrangements ready to ship and that it wouldn't take more than five days to dispatch. But the flowers themselves are lovely and it's nice that they came with a vase, just frustrating that it took so long.
