OUR DRIED FLOWERS
Please note due to the nature of the products each one is handmade and will vary slightly for the photographs our website.
Flowers are natural products and therefore differences are to be expected.
We will where necessary substitute certain stems in keeping with the overall colours and style.
Colours and shapes can vary.
Dried flowers are not pet friendly.
Some products have been bleached and dyed to achieve their colour.
Please keep away from animals and Keep dried flowers away from children as dyes and bleaches can be unsafe.
Keep dried and preserved flowers away from any water or humidity as this can cause them to go depreciate or go mouldy or leak their colour.
Preserved flowers and eucalyptus has been preserved with a natural agent and sometimes dye. Preserved flowers aren’t always colourfast and can leak preserving agent and stain so please keep away from any surfaces or fabrics. Preserved flowers can react to changes in temperature or humidity, or water by sweating and leaking.
Dried and preserved flowers are not edible. Do not consume. If using for decoration on food make necessary arrangements to avoid direct contact with food.

Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days following the day you place your order. Larger orders may take longer to arrive. *standard shipping times are not guaranteed and can take longer during busy periods
Express delivery
Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your order
Nominated day delivery
Please select the ‘specific day delivery’ shipping charge option at checkout to secure your date.
You can select a preferred delivery date for your order on the product page or on the cart page before checkout. Please note we will do our best to assist with this but delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed.
Orders are only dispatched on working days Monday - Friday
International Delivery
We offer delivery worldwide. Please note international delivery lead times can vary from country to country, we cannot guarantee nominated day delivery for international or EU deliveries
RETURNS
All of our dried stems are handpicked to ensure that they of the highest quality. If however your flowers arrive damaged and you wish to return or exchange them please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days once the parcel has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
please note we cannot accept returns on certain items including wreaths, bespoke orders or wedding flowers. In the case there is a fault with bespoke items or wedding flowers we can offer a replacement but cannot accept returns
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dried-flowers.co.uk. You are responsible for covering the postage costs of sending items back unless they are damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The original shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must inform us of damages or faults within 14 days.
please note for flowers containing gypsophila, statice or limonium, and pussy willow stems we anticipate some small amount to break off in transit and this is not considered a fault
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom bespoke items and wedding products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
Once your order has been prepared, packaged or dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please note we cannot accept cancellations on orders for wedding flowers. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@dried-flowers.co.uk as soon as possible and we will advise if this is possible.
Dried Wedding flower care guide
- Avoid contact with water. This can cause flowers to degrade and dye and preserving agent to leak.
- Keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators. This can cause flowers to wilt and degrade and preserving agent and dye to leak.
- Keep out of hot or fluctuating environments
- store in a cool place
- do not store in environments such as closed cupboards
- Do not store with tissue paper or any padding
- Keep away from pets and children
- Not intended for consumption
- Keep away from contact with food
- If you are using flowers for cake decoration, you must ensure that flowers do not make direct contact with areas for consumption
When to order your dried wedding flowers
You can order your flowers up to a year in advance and select your delivery date on the cart page before checkout.
We recommend scheduling your delivery to receive your flowers around 1-4 weeks before the wedding, but you can receive them before this, as they’re dried, they’ll last!
please note, if you choose to receive your flowers months in advance of the wedding and subsequently become damaged we can’t offer a guarantee for them
Receiving your dried wedding flowers
To store your dried flowers upon arrival:
- Unbox and check through your flowers
- Keep them away from direct sunlight to prolong the colour
- Keep them away from water, humidity or direct heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces
- keep them out of hot or fluctuating environments
- You can keep them stored in the box checking they are in a suitable position. Remove any tissue paper or any padding from the box
- Do not keep in enclosed cupboards or enclosed storage units
- You can keep them upright in a vase or vessel
Where possible we suggest buying your wedding flowers in one order to ensure we can make the flowers match as closely as possible
We always endeavour to create your wedding flowers as close as possible to the pictures. However, the pictures are just a representation. Flowers are natural products and therefore colours, stems and shapes may vary slightly to the pictures online. We cannot always guarantee that you will receive the colour ribbon in the pictures however we do our best to ensure this or use ribbon in similar colours. Rarely we will have to make substitutions, but we will always do this in line with the theme and colours of the arrangements. Our wedding bouquets are designed with a subtle front and back. The “front” is styled to be held against you, allowing the blooms to sit beautifully against your dress while showing off the fuller arrangement to your guests. This ensures your bouquet looks gorgeous from every angle, whether in photos or as you walk down the aisle
Your garland may arrive in 2 sections which can easily be slotted together to create the full length.
Do you do bespoke wedding flowers?

We work closely with you throughout the design process, and will always send over a picture for approval before shipping your flowers out.

Edinburgh Wedding Florist
We also offer the option to set up at your venue if you are tying the knot in and around Edinburgh/Scotland. For a small fee we can deliver your flowers to your venue, or dress the venue on the day. For our Edinburgh Wedding Florist services, just get in touch.
